Thomasville Headend Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be performed on the CNS Thomasville HE core router on February 5th between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM EST. During this time we will be moving over core fiber connections going towards the cities of Moultrie, Camilla and PS8 in Thomasville. This maintenance will impact all telecom services related to those cities but is expected to be around 5-10 minutes for each city.

While service interruptions are expected to be brief and primarily related to moving over fiber, we have reserved a full 1-hour window to ensure sufficient time for all necessary maintenance.

This scheduled maintenance affects: Network Operations (ECC & Public Safety (All Cities), MEAG Cities), CNSNext Services (Moultrie - Cable Customers, Camilla - Cable Customers, NextStream TV, E-mail Services, Telephony Services), and Core Network (Moultrie, Camilla, Thomasville - SPS8).
