We have identified a software issue affecting our primary core router in Thomasville, GA. While all services are currently stable, we will be performing a firmware update on both the primary and secondary routers to correct the issue.
This maintenance will require a brief service interruption while the systems reboot. A two-hour maintenance window has been scheduled to allow sufficient time to complete the updates and address any unforeseen issues.
Maintenance Window: Date: November 10, 2025 Time: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM
During this time, all Internet, video, and telephone services delivered over the cable modem system may experience brief interruptions.
